The SEZ is situated in the North-Western part of Samara region, in Stavropolsky municipal district, in closest proximity to theproduction site of JSC "AVTOVAZ". Geologic and geodesicsurvey and project activities were carried out for this land plot. Total area of the SEZ is 660 ha.

the city of Tolyatti is in 2-3 km eastwards;
"Yagodnoye" village is in 3 km westwards;
"Podstepki" village is in 4 km southwards.
