The SEZ site shall be fully equipped with allrequired engineering, transport and social infrastructure. The residents can take advantage of up-to-dateproduction, ware house and office facilities. For the investors this ensures considerable cost cuts.
Construction of the SEZ shall be financed from budgetary and non-budgetary sources. The aggregate scope of investment in the construction of intra-site infrastructure and connection of engineering communications to the SEZ territory shall be 340 mln.Euros.
Federal budget – 180 mln. Euros (53.1%);
Budget of Samara region – 20 mln. Euros (5.7%);
Off-budget sources – 140 mln. Euros (41.2%).
The capacity of engineering infrastructure is rated with consideration of technological requirements of the potential residents. The SEZ residents are connected to all types of energy resources free of charge.

More over, the investors can lease or purchase land plots within the SEZ at favorable price. Key cost parameters are presented in the table below. Currently there are 436 ha available for the construction activities of the residents.
Everyday access to the resources of administrative and business center shall be allowed to ensure effective operation of there sidents. The investors can use the "One stop shop" system, meeting rooms, exhibition hall and other facilities. For theresidents and interested parties this ensures effective operation sand convenient business environment in the SEZ "Togliatti".
