Production sites of the SEZ residents shall beaccommodated in the territory of 436 ha. The remaining are a isintended for the construction of industrial infrastructure, including engineering and transportation infrastructure, as well as customs,administrative, utility and sanitation zones.>
Resident`s industrial zone
comprises the area for accommodation of industrial enterprises of II, III, IV, V categoryaccording to SanPin [Sanitary Rules and Norms] classification. Theterritory is divided into the plots of different size for theresidents with convenient access to automotive roads and opportunityto deliver cargoes via railroad to the majority of plots.
Area of the zone is 436 ha.
The zones of engineering and transportation infrastructure
comprise access driveways, technical green lawns, pavements, turning cycles for automotive vehicles and plots for the engineering facilities.
The engineering infrastructure facilities are located throughout the SEZ territory, according to process requirements.
Area of the zone is 143 ha.
The sanitation zone
shall be accommodated within the dedicated territory, with the exception of the sanitation and protection customs zone. The status of land allocated to arrange the sanitation and protection customs zone shall be agreed with the land owners and executive author it iesupon the approval of the planning project.
According to the project solutions related to sanitation and protection zones, production facilities of different hazard categories can be accommodated with in the plot of a single resident.
Area of the zone is 46 ha.
The customs and unloading area
is adjacent to the railway entry to the site and, thus, it shall be possible to arrangea single customs terminal for the cargoes arrived by automotive roadand railroad.
The zone for unloading of custom-cleared cargoes and area for temporary cargo storage are directly adjacent to the railroad.
Area of the zone is 30 ha.
The utility zone
is directly adjacent to the administrative zone.
It is intended to accommodate a service enterprise for the maintenance of road network of the SEZ in the utility zone.
Area of the zone is 2 ha.
The administrative and business zone
is at the entry tothe SEZ territory from the city of Tolyatti, beyond the sanitation borders of the enterprises. Workers and visitors shall have free access to the administrative zone.
The following is intended to be accommodatedwithin this territory in one 7,000-m2building:
Area of the zone is 1.5 ha.
The zone of fire safety station
is accommodated in the middle of the site. The fire depot is designed with 4 duty posts. Operating radius shall be 4 km, assuming up to 50%construction density of industrial enterprises.
Area of the zone is 1.5 ha.
